It’s exactly one Month to Ramadan, Can you believe it?
As much as we look forward to this month for Fasting and prayers, Food is the second thought that comes to mind. Thought to share our most popular and family favourite simple and easy “Soupy Choley” with you. it’s the version everyone loves at my home. Soupy Choley Boil chickpeas or take two cans but don’t throw the water, Now in a saucepan add Cholay with water, 1 onion, 1 Tomato, Half Tbsp Tamarind, 1 chopped green chilli, Dry Roasted & grounded Cumin and Corriander 2 Tbsp, Crushed Red chilli and Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tesp Chaat Masalah. Bring it to boil until everything is mixed together. Dish out hot and garnish it with Coriander, onion and add yogurt if you like. Enjoy! Have a Happy weekend!
