Recipe:
1-1/2 cup Semolina
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
B.P 1 tbsp
Coconut 3 tbsp.
Mix all ingredients and leave it for 30 min ,Make a sugar syrup with add rose water ( I didnt have rose water so added saffron and few drops of lemon ). Preheat oven @180 ,pour the mixture in baking dish, set it n & cut it to give the shape,set Almonds then bake it for 20 min (I broil it for additional 2 min at the end for a nice brown colour) ,now pour the syrup on the top ,Basbusa is ready
