On Popular demand, Here is the recipe of my easy peasy Chicken Koftey.
You don’t have to chop the Qeema and no Channey Khashkhash that’s why they’re easy peasy but Yummy
Fry regular Masala, Here is mine one
I used two grounded onions and Brown them.
Add 2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste fry a bit
Then add Salt, Pepper to taste, 4 Tbsp Grounded coriander (Dhania) and a little Tumeric (Haldi) and 4TbSp Yogurt
Fry them till there is no smell of raw Masalah, You can add a little water during the process.
Now in 1/2 kg Chicken Qeema
Add 2 Tbsp of Yogurt
1 Small grounded Onion
Green Coriander and Green Chillies to taste
And 2 Tbsp of Shan Kofta Masalah or Salt, Red pepper & grounded Garam Masalah according to your taste.
Make Koftey, it will be kind of a thick paste but don’t worry they will be fine
Now place them carefully in Gravy, cook them on low heat and DON’T use a spoon to stir, Shake the pot instead.
Once ready add water for the desired gravy.
