Dinner time(Chicken karahi)
1 portion of carb(1 home made whole wheat roti,1portion of protein (2 small pieces of chicken, vitamins (more then half plate of salad,1 portion Dairy(4 tbsp yougurt)
Day ended up well,hoping to be consistent followed by 20 min of daily physical activity.
