The woman of the house cooks daily but once in a while when the man of the house takes charge, it declared as the dish of the year and you have to listen to the Qaseeda of it rest of the year
Akmal likes to cook occasionally,2 years back he had to live alone in the USA for 10 months while we were here. That stay helped to polish his cooking skills (Thanks to all the Shan Masalahs), So when @shanfoodsglobal sent us their Masalah sauces. He announced to revive his skills with his little super excited assistant and I said
Gentlemen Bismillah
It was our first time using Shan’s Tandoori chicken sauce and it tuned out super easy, No extra ingredient was added although oil was suggested. They just Marinated and baked it for 45 minutes and Taddaa it’s ready.
I made Rice to serve with Tandoori chicken using Shan Pulao Biryani Masalah by adding oil, some brown onion, salt, a spoon of ginger garlic paste, yogurt and 2 Tbsp of Shan Pulao Biryani Masalah. Fried for few minutes then added rice and water. Food colour is optional while giving “dam” and Super delicious Aromatic rice was ready.
