Baba ghanous is actually a Labnees baingan ka bhurta mixed with Tahini Sesame sauce and served with Arabic nan “Khubz”. While roaming around in non Muslim country, The biggest challenge is halal food, For desies fun is incomplete without food and especially when you are “Haleem” and “Nihari” person “Fish and chips” kind of stuff never satisfied you. Casablanca restaurant is among the popular ones at Niagara falls cause of the bigger space and many options. Food is good but too pricy, Even a burger costs 18$ excluding tax , We ordered a kabab platter listed 24$, which came with two kababs, a very small quantity of white rice and a half plate filled with salad.Honestly looked like a very healthy and smart portion control combo for some clean eater, comparing the price with the quantity I didn’t even felt like taking a photo. The pizza was for the same price but enough for two to three people. Baba ghanoush was yum though with hot and fresh khubz . After that the scene of fireworks at Niagara fall from Casablanca’s lighted patio balanced and beautify the situation, After all, “Aesi shamen roz roz thori aati hain”.
Casablanca’s Baba ghanoush and Niagara’s evening!
