Gajar Ka Halwa
Sardi aur Gajar ka Halwa are Lazim o Malzoom(means correlative) but I guess no one could say NO to this scrumptious hot traditional Pakistani dessert any time of the year
Here is the recipe of easiest Gajar Ka Halwa
I used Oil instead of Ghee and took a less quantity as well.
Carrots 3kg
Sugar 3 pao (750 grams)
Ghee half kg (500 grams)
Elaichi 7-8
Khoya 1 kg
2-3 tbsp milk dissolved in 2-3 drops of zafran essence.
Dry fruits to garnish
Grate the carrots, dry them on the stove without adding anything, then add Ghee, Sugar, Cardamom then a little milk with zafran essence and then Khoya at the end.
