Haleem Tips

“Haleem” is a one food my family could eat for good three days or more(probably for a week if it wouldn’t finish🤦).I usually cook it with none other then popular “Shan” Bhai(Shahi Haleem) with controlling spice level
Sharing my two small secrets to make it more yum
*Add extra Bones (Nalli ones preferred)
* Cook on low heat for longer period of time so your dish absorb the magical juices of all Meat and Bones ,then take out the bones later
